Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
In 3 years, we had to deal with noise pollution, cigarette smoke filling our bathroom (from the vents), dog feces all over the grounds and sometimes INSIDE our building, and -- oh, yeah -- domestic disturbances involving police with drawn guns circling our building. That, and exorbitant water bills (since they average you in with the rest of your building, you can wind up paying for your neighbors' water), no grounds maintenance (they save that expense for the main drive and around the office building that prospective tenants see), and continual parking woes (as in no spots available each night). Lovely place.
