The outside and inside are both very nice but the maintanence is awful. Mold has been growing in the windows, the hallways and grounds are not well-kept. I.e. the grounds are nice in the Spring/summer but they do not clean trash. Pool is nice. Overall it is nice, but very expensive and for some reason scummy people live there.

You can also hear your neighbors; using the bathroom, etc....

In a nut shell -- it is nice.
