Apartment good, Management horrible

I currently live at Burwick Farms.
The apartments are nice on the outside and kept up really well.
I have had several problems with the neighbors being very loud and the management staff doesn't seem to care.
I complained several times and nothing has been done about it.
I even called the corporate office and the problem still isn't resolved.
I also complained about the neighbors smoking in the hallway.
When I went to the management office to follow up on my complaint (three weeks later), they said they forgot to tell them to stop.
I gave them my move in date which was written on a signed paper by the management.
When I went to pick up my keys they weren't prepared and thought I was moving in the following week.
I had to move in while my carpet was still wet from the cleaning.
