ehh...

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2005-01-01
When we first moved here the office staff seemed very helpful and nice and did a great job of selling the place.
But--after checking the sex offender list we found a few living here (scary) and the parking lots are not well lit, and are surrounded by trees.
Again, looks great, but doesn't exactly make a woman walking alone feel safe.
The walls are very thin, and at times you can hear our upstairs neighbors when we really don't want to hear them.
The people that lived above us when we first moved in, where so loud and nothing was ever done about it.
At times there where multiple DIFFERENT people coming and going from the apartment causing us to wonder who actually lived there.
Again, this doesn't exactly make a person feel safe.
Parking leaves a lot to be desired.
Each apartment gets two spots, but there are times when we park in fire lanes because there is no parking.
Nothing is ever done about that.
I view this as a serious problem (see above sex offender comment.)
But--the apartment is spacious with lots of closet space and a washer/dryer and dishwasher/garbage disposal.
That's a bonus.
Plus the deck is big enough for a small table and chairs.
That's a nice bonus too! Also, the maintance people are supper nice and when something needs to be fixed, it is done RIGHT AWAY!!
All this being said, this place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get.
Just being honest...
