My wife and I have been living here for 6 years.

We have a 3rd floor 2 br.

the great room is very large, the thing I like is its not just long but also wide.

The master bedroom is larger then most houses, well over 22' long.

Even the 2nd bedroom is 14' by 13' or more, its huge.

the fireplace is nice, the vaulted ceilings are also nice, the built in W/D make it very handy.

The grounds are well kept.

We also rent 2 garages for both our cars, so parking is never an issue.

You can sometimes hear people walking up and down the stairs, but living on the top floor makes it very rare hearing anyone else.

I would not recommend living in a basement or 2nd floor level if noise is a concern.

***UPDATED for 2008***

We changed units to the one that was directly behind our unit, aka we moved down the hall 1 apt.

We did this because that one has a family room/den attached to the living room, so we picked up another 100 square foot, bringing the total to near;y 1100 square feet, not bad at all for an apt.

I must say, the noise level has went up.

A lady with 2 kids and a dog moved in below us.

Her kids run up and down the hall a lot, and the dog barks loud enough to hear.

The amazing thing is, not only did our rent not go up when we moved into the slightly LARGER unit, but it actually went down the following year.

We now pay $45 less a month then we did in the smaller unit.

We have been here a very long time now, 8 1/2 years and are still happy here.

We must have been lucky in our building, as I don't see pet poop all over, and maintenance has always gotten here and fixed things promptly.

The new management company has been better then the old one.

Wow its amazing how different your review is from mine. And I think you live in my building LOL.....Our rent has consistantly went UP the last 3 years in total about $100 and your saying yours went down even when you got a larger apartment...hmmmm I'm not seeing the fairness in this. I think the new management SUCKS and I'm so livid reading your review that I'm calling tomorrow to -----!

Updated for 2011 Rent went down again in fall 2010. We now pay 100 less than we did last year, and 200 less than when we first moved in 11 years ago.
