I moved into a 1 bedroom with a den a couple of months ago. It is very big & it's nice having a washer & dryer in the apartment. The office staff is nice and the maintenance guys are good, too. I can hear some noise, but it's nothing excessive - but I also live on the 3rd floor, so that may have something to do with it. You do pay for your own utilities, but you get the water bill in the mail, so I'm not sure what the other person's problem was... You just have to add everything up! I like it here - the setting is very pretty. Lots of trees, flowers, etc.
