A nice, well run complex

We have lived here for 2 years.
We are getting ready to move on and move out but our time here was good.
We rented a 3rd floor 2BR 2Bath with den.
The third floor was great.
The apartment was a nice size, clean & spacious.
Any maintenance issues were handled within 24 hours -always.
The pool & fitness room were very nice benefits.
The grounds are well maintained, though there is an occassional issue with people cleaning up after their dogs.
The sidewalks and mature landscaping trees & flowers create the feel of "homes" vs.
apartments.
We had a garage so that helped but parking was tight at times.
The noise level was not terribly bad -- I mean it is an apartment.
Management staff was friendly and tried to accomodate our requests.
I would reccommend this complex to anyone who asked.
