The property manager fired the only person who ever really cared about this place and the people who live here. There are parties on balconies almost every night, noise level between apartments (especially from floors above yours) is ridiculous, and staff really doesn't care about the residents or complex. Property manager now tells anyone with any sort of concern to leave her alone. Apartments falling into total disrepair, mold on walls and windows, cars in lot broken into frequently, staff only applies bandaids instead of fixing properly, and leaks from floors above. Nice community when we moved in, now it is shacktown.
