I've been here 6 months and have been very pleased. While I was apartment shopping what set this place apart from the many other communities was the great location, price, pool and appearance. It's apartment living with a condo look. The units are painted nicely (tan walls and white trim. I have a small dog so a pet friendly place was a must. It seems there are many pet lovers in the community...I see dogs of all shapes and sizes. I've had a couple of maintenence issues but all have been resolved quickly.
