Run - don't walk - away from these

The apartments themselves are okay, but the managers ruin the whole thing. They treat their tenants like they're employees, not customers. They like to try to intimidate people. I can't even begin to list the bad experiences I've had with the pair. I was not a bad tenant. I paid my rent on time and kept to myself, followed the rules, didn't have wild parties, didn't even own a stereo. But somehow I still managed to have trouble with them.
Here's one example. Once while I was away at work, someone tried to kick in my door while my wife and daughter were there alone. Rather than try to help with the problem, One of the two managers tried to convince me that it never happened, and that my wife was lying, because he talked to our neighbors and they said they didn't hear anything.
Recently a friend of mine moved in there despite my warnings, and now he's regretting it as well.
I can't state it strongly enough. STAY AWAY! The managers will make you miserable. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

These are comments from four years ago. Is there anything more recent? How is the managerial staff now? How would you rate the apartments? Please answer honestly.
