I have lived here for almost a year now and I have not had any troubles with anything. The maintenance always comes in a reasonable time period and the girls are willing to help and work with me. The pool is always open with everyone enjoying it. My neighbors are nice and I never hear any of them. I will renew in October when my lease is up.
