I lived here for less than a year I had to brake my lease and pay extra just to leave. Fist Off they tell you that you have a pool it was never opened the whole time I lived there and it was summer months. The Heater Broke killing my chinchilla
because it took them 4 days to fix it in the dead winter. They are locked entrances
and someone still broke into my home and stole my camera (not cheap it was 400) and computer( 2 weeks old) that had all my photos in it and photos of the kids Christmas play on it. They wouldn't do anything about it. Lots of drug use around the place I was asked if I had pills or weed or even H(no clue what that is) In front of my KIDS!!! The repair guy is a joke he thew the cover to the heater on my bed breaking 4 of the Christmas items. And last when I moved in I told them I had a dog they came back 3 months after I moved in and told me I had to pay 300 for her to stay she is 3 lbs Point being was never told up front about a dog fee..
And I cleaned the apartment better than it was before I moved in even steam cleaned the carpets (which was not done before i moved in by them) So I didn't get my security or my pet deposit back.. My Dog didn't damage a thing..
Take this as you will this was my view of what went on while I lived here..

forgot about the coin washer and dryer your items get stole out of them if you walk away for a sec. And they are always out of order..

I am Adria Trieskey the Community Director and I am also a resident. I have been managing this community since February of 2008. I have worked very hard to make sure that all residents have had a wonderful experience. Our applicant screening is very thorough and I work very closely with the Howell Police to ensure resident safety. I have brought along with me a new Maintenance Supervisor who delivers superior service and the residents just love him.
I am so sad that your experience was less than the quality residents now receive. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Thank you for writing back. I am sure you have changed a few things since I have been there. This was a while ago since I lived here I posted the dates. The maintenance guy was nice as a person but not very respectful of my things.
I think this in good business that you follow these and right back. I have since out grown the 2 bedroom apartment looking for 3 bed rooms. (don't get me wrong the apartment after I shut my front door was great I loved it)
