Staff are very friendly. The qualification and approval process can be tedious, but the leasing staff helped to make it as painless as possible.

My entire apartment was beautifully cleaned, nice floor plans with a ton of storage. Comparing the prices of everything else in this town....it's amazing the extras you get dollar for dollar. Central air, dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas stove, alarm system, gorgeous pool and a fitness center!
