My husband and I moved in a few months ago. The place looked great for the money and we still stand by that. Our appliances broke down a few times, but maintenance was very efficiant in fixing the problems. They were great. The office staff leaves alot to be desired. They are often quite rude. The grounds can be a bit messy. Alot of dog poop around and cigarette buds. I do however notice, that whenever there is a nice day out, grounds keepers are out sweeping the streets and sidewalks. The really do try hard to keep the place looking nice, however, some tenants do spoil it for others. We have noticed a couple drug busts here and there. But I guess, there's one in every bunch huh' The place seems safe and the rent is great. So, i can't really complain. The buggest complaint is the noisy kids upstairs. The floors have to be rally thin.
