I do not understand...These people are unbelievably down right rude. You can ask simple questions and no matter what you say they will give a big attitude. The manager likes to pretend that she will make you happy but really she is just leading you on. Don't even bother asking for a maintenance request unless it can wait at least 2 weeks if not longer. Right now there are lots of empty apartments around me and when my lease is up my unit will also be empty.

Nothing has changed with this and the rude staff member is still here they made her Assistant Manager.. what a joke, glad I'll be out of here soon too!
