I moved in to my first apt. on my own and was pretty excited in doing so. I was extremly disappointed to find that my carpet was very worn and should've been replaced. Not to metion a large purple stain on my bathroom floor! I have also had 2 different neighbors in the apt. next to me that now sits vacant. I believe they were both evicted! It's also been loads of fun hearing the neighbors above me sex life at all hours of the night. Not to mention it sounds like they have elephants walking around up there. The construction is a joke! You can hear everything your neighbors do... As far as safety goes, you'd be just as safe to leave your doors completely unlocked and open. My patio door handle FELL OFF (leaving a quarter size hole)and the lovely maitainance man told me to put a stick in the door. I am a single person and live on the ground level and yet he didn't seem to consider that to be important. There's also some very creepy people that are definitly not with it that are there. Also be prepared to have anything you put on your patio or balcony stolen. The management has no idea what they are doing and they don't care about the residents. It's a crackpot team that's only in it for themselves. Run far away from this pathetic and unsafe place!!!

too bad you were not mature enough check things out thoroughly before you signed your lease. you have alot to learn. what you have stated is not correct. exaggerated a little honey?

I don't believe that is an exaggeration on the young mothers part, I have had there much the same problems and I have been here 6 years!! This place is a joke and I am glad I will be getting out of here very shortly.. thank you Jesus!!!
