My wife and I moved here to Lakeshore Village a while ago. I had lost my Job at a nearby machine shop where I bored out engines, I previously have a degree in culinary and am now back to school working on my undergraduate degree of Computer Info Systems where I will probably receive my Masters. The point is, not everyone who reside in the apartments that are on section 8 are of lower-intelligence, nor does that have anything to do with the Lakeshore Village itself. The management here is extremely friendly and they are hard-working. The maintenance here is friendly, hard-working, and very effective. The Apartment that my wife and I moved into does not have the best floors and we have come to name the it the "Willie Wonka" apartment. The floors have "magic" spots that make you taller in some areas and questionably shorter in others. The carpet in here have many stains. Again, a stain is something that is a permanent thing, so, that too is not the fault of maintenance or the management. The insulation is impressive. We kept it fairly cool in the summer with relatively lower cost and warmer in the winter with same cost. My wife and I have two children, one is a toddler and the other is a newborn. We have a two bedroom apartment and we gave the master to our children. The size of our apartment is very reasonable with no complaints. The apartment came furnished with a dishwasher and HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) which is also a bonus. The $35 we pay a month for washer and dryer is very worth it. Both the washer and dryer have minor problems, but, the convenience of having them further outweighs. We are not smokers and we do not own any pets. However, many people here do smoke and they do own pets. The residents are fairly responsible with the activity and ownership of their pets and many are respectful smokers. We have not taken advantage of this yet, but, they provide a pool(summer) and a fairly nice gym(all year-round) to all of the residents included with the rent.

Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the apartment and we are grateful for the service that is provided from Lakeshore Village. Thank You for taking the time to read this and in making your own decision - RockLee P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
