When I came to look at these apartments, I immediately fell in love with the place. The grounds were beautiful, the apartments were spacious and it seemed like a quiet complex. Boy was I wrong! As soon as I moved in there were kids EVERYWHERE left unattended riding their bikes directly in the road, not looking to see if cars were coming. They will come right up to your porch and play ball, hang out, scream, etc. One time a kid actually put their face up to my screen to look inside my apartment while we were eating dinner! On top of that, there are a bunch of low-life's living here...people that don't work and take over the place with their 15 kids. One couple literally hogged the pool all day, EVERYDAY during the summer so we couldn't even use the pool if we wanted to. The lady in the same complex as us I swear HATED her kids, we would constantly hear her screaming in the hallway at them and she would tug on their arms and literally drag them inside the apartment. You will hear EVERYTHING the people above you are doing ... including having sex every weekend between 3-5am. Their dog severely suffered from seperation anxiety - they could be gone for 12 hours and the dog would constantly bark and run through the apartment, non-stop (I'm not exagerating either). If the window was left open he would bark so loud that even the people across from us would look over and complain about it. There also was a lady that would spend half the day on her balcony screaming/arguing on her cell phone so everyone could hear. The office staff was ok, but the maintenance guys were practically non-existant. If you put in a work order, they will either never come to fix it or they will show up over a month later. They couldn't be THAT busy since a lot of the times I would see them riding in the golf cart which looked like they were looking for something to do. Oh, and forget about getting your security deposit back. I cleaned my apartment spotless before I moved (it looked even better than when I moved into it) and took care of everything but they still managed to keep my deposit (2 of the problems I called maintenance for when I moved in and they never showed up to fix them, even though they wrote in the office book saying they did, so the manager took that as proof that they came...rediculous). Bottom line...only move here if you don't mind kids or if you're section 8, then you'll fit in just fine.

Well Kids do play should they be locked away? And You can be a great tenet if your on section 8. You shouldn't Judge all people in the same category.. And Normal people do have sex. IT'S A APARTMENT COMPLEX BUY A HOUSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT... But Thank you For the review.
