I'm a recent move-in to this community, it had the best value for the money I wanted to spend in an apartment. Everything thing they put on their web page to entice me into leasing was true when I came to put my deposit down. The staff is very friendly, and my building is ultra quiet, it is mostly filled with other students like myself and people who do shift work. It has a reputation in town because it's the oldest complex here, but the rumors are completely unfounded. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a great apartment on a grad student's budget!
