You get what you pay for...I needed to move on short notice, and didn't have a lot of time to check out the area. One of the lower priced complexes in town, and it shows. Paper thin walls, and not a single closet door hangs on the track right. The fact that the train tracks are within spitting distance is actually a bonus, as it drowns out my incredibly noisy neighbors for a few minutes at a time. Laundry facilities were subpar, although upgraded recently. (With a price increase, of course!) The few positives: the apartment layout is nice, with a rather large master bedroom and walk-in closets. Kitchen appliances are less than new, but functional. Parking is rarely a problem, although motorcycles are prevalent and mufflers seem to be optional. Bottom line: liveable for the price, but bring earplugs!

You must have lived in one of the older buildings on the north side closer to the tracks... I hear the trains because my master slider faces the tracks... but my building is pretty quiet... never have had a problem with hearing my neighbors unless they're coming in the security door......
