Nice Place

Some of the nicer perks:
office receives UPS, FedEX, packages for you; They usually have some sort of holiday giveaways for the residents; They have a Christmas light contest with cash prizes; If you pay your rent early your name goes into a pool for a break in next months rent.

Maintenance (or could be the office communications) is somewhat slow to respond, but overall it's a very nice place.

I understand they just changed managers, so I don't know how that will affect things.
