I guess you pay for what you get. Horrible management, they make up reasons to bother you. On the other hand if something you complain about then you will never see it taken care of. I will praise them on the factor that the outside looks nice, the inside thats another story. I have never lived in a place before where they have to shut off the water at least once a month if not more. The electricity will go on and off when it wants to. The handy men will come in your apartment when ever they please and eat their lunch with or without permission. The quality of people who live there now is horrible. Its good as long as you would like to hear yelling, exhaust leeks(or no exhaust at all), people racing from speed bump to speed bump all in the middle of the night. Oh did I forget to mention that they have a lawsuit against them for their not so handy men. If you are looking for a place that you do not care about how the living is and is cheap then this is for you(still get an apartment in the back). Worst place ever rather stay at the ymca!!!!!
