Very Very true about the damn handy guys! They came in a few times when my wife and I were sleeping in the mourning. The managment are white trash and the Head guy, (Red head, with fake gold on every part of his body) are so nice to get you in the apt, even lowering prices, but once you sign that contract, its going to be a complete hell for you. True about the white trash people their. I dont know how many times I came home to see people snorting stuff from their coffee table through the sliding glass view. So if you think your parents house is horrible, think again. I'm begging you not to live there. I'll rent out my son's room for you so you dont go through what I did.
