Someone told me about this site and I had to see what was going on. I lived at Prentis Estates and thought it was a darn good place. Fair rents, big apartments and convenient to everything I wanted to do. It's a shame a bunch of gripers can just go on here and write a bunch of stuff they probably brought on themselves. You have to be a good neighbor in order to have one.

I actually don't mind the place, but there are some maintenance issue that need to be addressed. I'm sure things have changed since you lived at Prentis. I don't mind a leaky faucet or two, but it takes the maintenance staff WEEKS to address the simplest issues. In fact, I put in a maintenance request over two months ago and I am STILL waiting for service! That is ridiculous!!!!!
