Then we have the slip and fall and you have to call yorkshire apt to come and salt, then next thing you know you have an eviction notice duct taped to your door due to a possible law suit. Apparently this is how they let you know your evicted is by taping it to your front door so that everyone knows. You want to live the hillbilly life,then this is the place you want to live. If you can pull into the complex without getting a flat tire due to all the pot holes in the parking lot, good luck! The price of rent of $640, wasn't bad but always remember,"what you pay for is what you get" If you don't mind calling every month to tell them the water softner is out of salt, and the walkways need to be salted, or the red ants are out of control, or they shut off the water and you need to boil it for the next 48 hours then this is definitely what you want. Good luck. No hard feeling but I am an honest person and I think everyone needs to know the truth when getting involved with something for a year lease.:) To top it off we notified Prentis 60 days in advance about us moving 2 weeks before us leaving they want to take us to court to have us evicted. Where going just for the entertainment, and to make them look like complete idiots. Last but not least, the management and repair people GOOD LUCK. Your better off repairing it yourself!!
