As a current resident of this complex i have frist hand knnoweldge of what goes on here. The parking lots half the time have no lights. The pot holes will swallow your car. Managment keeps saying there getting quotes to fix them but they are still there. If you live on the first floor make sure your apt. isn't near a boiler because your appartment is likely to flood freguently. If you are late one day no matter what the circumstances (for instances a death in the immediate family, loss of a job, accident) you are charged a $200 late fee. Outrageous. You can't hear your neighbors unless they are in the hallway. Then it sounds like heards of elephants in the hallway. People can hear everything you are doing in your living room from the hallway. Then since hot water is included in your rent sometimes you do not have any. It is very nice not having to pay for heat but the apartment is so hot I have to have the windows open in the middle of the winter. Then when previous tennents move out instead of replacing the counter top they paint over it so everything sticks, stains, and scratches them. Laminate is not that expenses and looks better then painted counters. Watch out for the cuboard doors they will fall down on you. They offer laundry units in each building but the dryers do not work in any of the buildings so you still have to go to the laundrymat. Save yourself from the stress and stay away from this place.
