Prentis Estates Apartments

Not a nice place... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This was one of the worst apartment communities I have ever lived in. The size and layout of the apartment was nice. Heat was included in rent which was great. Noise is a huge problem at Prentiss. The cheaper rent must be what attracts the less then desirable renters. Drugs and violence is a big problem at Prentiss. The apartment staff are downright rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend this community to anybody unless the person doesn't mind the noise, drugs, fights, violence, and poor upkeep.
