Don't waste your money

Management is not interested in solving problems with unruly tenants. Their lease specifically states quiet rules and hours, but they are never enforced. "Walk in closets" are poorly built and the door cannot be shut when closet is fully loaded. Poorly insulated walls and cheap windows ensure high heating bills in winter. Walls are not painted, they are primed. Building is 1 year old and cracks can be seen in the dry wall and nails are working their way out. Tenant pays ALL bills except trash removal. Rooms do not have built-in lighting...Tenant must bring own lamps to plug into switched outlets.
Fedex and UPS can never find the apartment complex on their map...they always have to call for directions. This is because the apartment complex does not have apartment numbers, they have regular house-type addresses, which confuses every delivery company.
Parking is horrible for friends or family or if you cannot park in your garage for some reason. The apartments were defenetely built with cost savings in mind. Unfortunetly, those cost savings are not carried over to the tenant. The apartments normally rent for $1500 per month. I honestly wouldn't pay anything over $900.
On the upside, the pool is nice and the hottub is open 24/7.
