Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
One word, AVOID! We have had nothing but problems with our young neighbors. Parties that start at 11:30pm and end at 3:00am or later. Management looks to be young themselves and consistently does nothing about the noise.
This has been going on for over 6 months. Meanwhile we are supposed to call the police. Well guess what, the police have more important things to attend to and do not show up for noise violation calls.
I wholeheartedly agree with the first review. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs.
