I have lived here at westbury for over 1 year now, and I have been very pleased. We do live in a 2nd floor apartment and though we can hear the garage opening from the people below us, we expect to hear some noise in any type of apartment living. We don't hear any of our neighbors talking or any other noise but the garage. We have never had a problem with parking since we get have space in front of our garage and can park on the road if we needed to. My family loves all the things we can do here like the pool and hot tub. I plan to stay here for a long time and would reccomend it to any one looking for a beautiful well maintained place to live.

I concur with the garage door noise. Its not too bad but you can still here it...especially when your neighbors refuse to use their front door and instead go in and out of the garage every 10 minutes!!
