This apartment sucks! Kids are all over the place. Parents just let their kids run wild. Everyday their is food and toys all over the front yard and enterence way of our apartment complex. The hallways are always trashed and never vacumed. When I first moved here these apartments were pretty nice. Now, It is a total ---- hole. I dont know what happened but the owners of Yorkshire Place Apartments just decided to not give a ---- about anything and to let this place look like we are living in Detroit.

I disagree. From what i have seen since my stay here, IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE ABOVE. Yes there are kids, but anywhere you go their are kids. the hallways are kept clean and the apartments are still nice. I am going on my 5th year here and I have looked at other places here in howell. This is the best place that I have seen. The only way that I would move is if I was to get a house, but being here there is 24/7 maint. and I have not had any problems with Yorkshire.
