I have never seen such employee turnover. Everytime you walk into the office at Yorkshire you have to deal with a different person. Something is SO WRONG WITH THIS PLACEthey treat people horribly including their employees...thats why everyone leaves as soon as they are able. They charge different rents for each person profiling as people walk in & raise rent differently for each tennant. They do not practice fair housing whatsoever. They charge for pets when you move in if you will pay it, otherwise, they let it slide. The overcharges for late rent are outrageous and they go door to door to get their late rents. If they don't like you, they increase your rent to retail rates on renewal to force you to moveLaundry room appliances always broke or too full of $ to use and seldom can use. Dog crap is everywhere and because of the employee turnover, you never have a clue as to who you are dealing with or who will be in your apartment next.
