I have lived here for one year now, and have had nothing but problems. First of all, my heat is a complete nightmare. I woke up freezing in mid-winter I dont know how many times, and called maintenance everytime and it never got fixed. I had a gas leak one time and called maintenance and they told me it wasn't their responsibility and that i would have to call Consumers...well consumers doesn't fix the problems with the furnaces. I called the maintenance man back and he said "well i have to plow at 5 in the morning so it will have to wait." So i went the entire night with no heat in my apartment. My dishwasher doesn't wash my dishes whatsoever and i have told the management about this several times and they haven't done anything about it...maintenance has actually requested a new one for the apartments twice but it hasn't happened. The washers/dryers in the laundry rooms are terrible. Drying costs 75cents and washing is $1.25...but the thing is that it takes about 3 times of running the dryer to dry the clothes. Another thing is the rent process. You have to MAIL your rent to OHIO and it has to be there by the 1st of every month..NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever. If it isnt there by the first you have to pay what the discounted amount your aparment is, so my apartment was originally $770 (they say), so my late fee would be $185. This place is just ridiculous...I would NEVER recommend or live there again!
