Avoid at all costs

These apartments are in a crime ridden area. HIGHLY UNSAFE FOR CHILDREN AND SENIOR CITIZENS. In the first few months I noticed the apartment's window let in water during heavy rains. The window woodwork was damaged by seeping water. Maintenance staff made an "attempt" at filling the woodwork. The filling peeled off next time the water came in. Summer was OK, but once winter started setting in, RATS appeared. Contacted maintenance but was told RATS were MY RESPONSIBILITY !!!!! After catching 4 rats over two weeks, I lost the fight and gave up.
RATS. That was it. I packed up and moved for good. Bye bye to a rotten place.
