Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
No Major problems with this apartments.
- Noice insulation is pretty much zero
- No centralized AC
- Gym has a mirror which makes you think as if it's very big. But it's pretty small. Looks like it's there just for the sake of saying "we have a Gym"
