WELL, i thought canterbury woods were doing a lot better when they hired lori the manager, now i recently walked in the office only to find lori not there and a new manager taking her place we named her the beast seeing she not only looks like one but has no clue on how to treat the residents. i have been living here for a long time now and have seen managers come and go but i will tell you this replacing lori is canterbury woods worst mistake, she was a good manager and the residents were her main concern.
from a resident that will ot be here much longer!!!!
