EXTREMELY ARROGANT AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I have lived in numberous communities and I choose this place as it was cheap. It was a huge mistake. You are fine as long as you dont have to talk to the management. They are there ONLY FOR SIGNING LEASES and THEY DO NOTHING MORE THAN THAT. The regional manager there is the MOST HORRIBLE PERSON YOU WILL EVER MEET. Guys... If you encounter a problem with the apartment or you are stuck with some maintenance problem--- GOOD LUCK!!!! There is no one to help.
I needed some more heat in the apartment and wanted to regulate. The management did not even care that I had sinus problem and need help etc. They back fired saying, they cannot do anything and NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME. I found that really RUDE and extremely uncourteous.
