Pros:
Office staff is helpful.
Option of gas/electric cooking range, which was great.
Great rates. 2BR for $610/m
Cons:
*Very* bad carpets.
Condition of the apartments and overall upkeep is average. Bordering on mediocre.
Laundry not avl in every building.
Telephone lines barely functional (forget trying to use a dialup modem).
2 apartments were burgled in broad daylight. Secured access is touted, with a gaurded gate, but it's all a farce - they let in anyone.
I lived in the midst of a murderer - this guy killed a cop in downtown Detroit in August 2002. Consider that while you rent. Inkster is not the safest area to live.
