never ever think of moving here. no maintenance. worst employees. very worst manager(laura)(she always laughs loudly and acts like a crack). not at all oraganized. recently 2 apartments got burnt on new year. they collect only rent and do nothing for u if u have a problem, sure u will have one if u r there. its a mini dowm town. crime rate spicking and all decent people left. its deserted now. if ur car is parked, it will be broken or the tires will be torn next day. aprt manager will say its ur problem. if some one breaks in and comes they wont respond.lots of breaking happened last mont alone.they have acheck pont in the gate. but at the back side they have a unsafe park where cirimnals can come through. the park is connected to the aprt at the back, no gates. they wont clean the lawn or blw the snow. even they wont put salt in winter on the road. due to cheap deals dont end up ur self in a dangerous place. since we were waiting for our lease to end. after we left the place we felt safe and peaceful. please save ur self. keep away from this place. well wisher.
