I have lived here for last 6 months and it has been, overall, good experience. The staff is, mostly, helpful and proficient. the maintenance department is fast and proficient. The grounds are well-kept. My wife and I only have one concern,and that is the the poor character of some residents. The property should not rent to trashy people. The good news is that there is a new staff in place and they seem to cleaning up the resident base. We would recommend the apartment to others.
