Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2001-01-01

You will have problems of mouse coming to your house,which according to them is okay.Secondly You will not have heat coming to your house in winter which according to them is also okay.
If you call any maintenance persons then they would come to you next morning.
So if you want to move to a place which is having so good facilities then you can go at your own risk.
