I'm a single female who has lived at Canterbury Woods for 7 years. I've read a lot of these reviews and most are right. Security is down, for the area, there really should be cameras. However, regardless of that Inkster Police Dept. SUCKS. They take FOREVER to respond to stuff, and when they do, they're not thorough.
Since Laura the new manager came in, I noticed good changes, however, recently, requests for maintenance made directly to her have not been acknowledged or performed and months have gone by.
There have been break ins and syphoning of gas and someone held up at gunpoint.There really needs to be more security there. Although, like I said, I stayed for 7 years, so I guess some things were good.
