Guys,

Be really careful before signing the lease, The management offers specials for attracting future residents which they(managment) tries to steal from residents after signing the lease saying they have not received the rent on time even after paying the rent on time, This is my practical experience and i have sean the management saying sorry to many residents for falsly sending 'demand for pocession of rent' documents to residents.
The maintainnance sucks, there is no security for the buildings any body can just walk - in and knock your door, like advertising for magazines/news papers/kids'
Fed up with the staff and maintainance.
