Despite having seen prior review and comments, i moved in for 2 months ago. i was late for paying rent 3 days (due on 3rd, paid 6th), they sent notice of latepayment with 50 dollars and making me default. is there anyway we should complaint to local authorities. the management is very rude. they returned my check and asking me to pay latepayment and rent in the form of money order or cashier check. i asked the lady, who is she, she said she is office assistant. what a rude behaviour with the lady. she doesnt even be courteous to say hi..
they find every reason to make us default and pay back their discount. I wonder how everyone lives..
