Pathetic Management

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Very rude and horrible management.
The 3 floor buildings are old and poorly maintained.
Absolute no heat and high bills to be paid to their management.
The bill for Dec 2008 was around 280 USD.
Management is rude and do not want to hear the issues.
The maintenance team are also not efficient.
Overall do not recommend this one.
