Lived at for 8 years - I'm a single female who has lived at Canterbury Woods for 7 years. I've read a lot of these reviews and most are right. The 3 floor buildings are old and poorly maintained.
Absolute no heat and high bills to be paid to their management.
The bill for Dec 2008 was around 280 USD.
