I applied & paid a nonrefundable application fee of $60 & was told I was not accepted. I asked why I wasn't approved & they just told me they didn't know. I've never had any problem renting a place...they are either sticklers or scammed me of money. I liked the looks of the place but I wouldn't apply if I was you.

They aren't sticklers, we can party up just fine here, and they have been reasonable five years in a row (minus repairs blah). They do credit checks and call last places you lived, it's not bad at all, we got into Alpine right away when we applied.

I was just scammed out of the 250.00 deposit. was approved was told i would have apartment by the first of the month. called on the second to get my check back because manager went on vacation never called for a move in date. already paid another month at previous place so i was going to stay put. got a run around and they cashed the check on the second after i called and ask for it back. Going to take them to court.
