I have lived at Alpine Lake now for 8 months with my wife. We like the place but don t love the place. This was our second choice as Canterbury House was not completed yet in time for our move in date. This location is great right by Ella Sharp Park Golf course and the community pool. The amenities are nice with a fireplace and free covered parking. The apartments were built in mid 70's but are maintained pretty well. We had a dripping ceiling in our kitchen that required muliple visits before they found the cause. However, the maintenance staff is very friendly and the office staff is experienced. Overall were leaving becouse we are out of storage and our feet our freezing down in the basement. Alpine Lake is the best quality amongst its price range competitors. If you can afford to live in a Gillespie owned property (Springbrook Meadows and Gallery Place) then live there if your looking for a budget friendly pick choose Granada; Left in the sweet spot are Canterbury House and Alpine Lake good luck in your apartment hunt.
