Most, if not all, of the positive reviews on this site about Gallery Place Apartments are from people that work there. Of the people I have talked to, that actually live(d) there, hate the place. DO NOT RENT FROM THAT HELL HOLE. Unless you actually like being butt raped from ridiculously high rent.

Wow, you must have not kept up your apartment very well if you were worried you wouldn't get your deposit back. If you have ever rented before you would know you will get a vacating checklist always. Plus you were probably informed that you would get a rent increase when your lease was up. What do you expect you are living in the coolest community Jackson has to offer! If you don't enjoy renting and the guidlines that come with renting maybe you should just purchase a home.

It's called apartment living, not a HOTEL ACCOMODATION. Why on earth would you think that you wouldn't get a charge if you ruined somethin in an apartment? It's common sense with renting just as if you were selling a home. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! Plain and simple. There's a REASON why the rent increased I'M SURE!! Plus, you may want to have read your lease better. Most properties can jack up the price to any amount they want to. I think you were just a bad resident..

In response to your comments. We kept the place clean, very clean. Take a look at our home (buying a home IS SO MUCH NICER than renting from that hell hole). Our house is SPOTLESS! They told us that our rent would only increase $25 at most. Yeah right, after your lease is up, bend over and grab your ankles because they are going to give it to you hard, and dry. Coolest community ever? Yeah, if you like idiot neighbors playing music at all hours of the night and taking up all the parking spaces with their 9 (yes we did count them) cars, people breaking into your car, high rent and management that don't care one bit about anyone. These people obviously work for GP and are biased. Disregard their comments. Like I said, buy a house, it's a buyers market and the mortgage payment will be lower than GP will rape you for rent. Again DO NOT RENT AT GALLERY PLACE APARTMENTS!!!
