My experience at Gallery Place has been fantastic! They are much more flexible and inderstanding than other complexes in the Jackson area, and their office staff are committed to your happiness! I can walk my pooch all over the grounds (he has made MANY new friends!) and do my laundry IN my apartment (which is hard to find in Jackson, believe me!) We have lots of space, and can paint the walls, and hang out on the balcony when it's nice outside!

As far as the previous negative comments, you have to take into consideration the landlord AND the lessee. Leases are legal agreements, which must be upheld as written, and unfortunately, not everyone reads the fine print. In my experience, normal wear and tear is expected, but leaving the home completely trashed is a different story. (A note to the negative: My friend has a rental property, so I've seen firsthand what some of you consider "clean." Needless to say, I can see why your landlords kept your deposits. Do you have any idea what it costs to replace carpet that's never been vacuumed, to patch a hole in the wall, or repaint every surface of the home'')

Anyhow, I've only been a resident for a few months, but I can already tell I'll be here forever! Best wishes to all my future neighbors!!
